- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have integrity pricing, meaning you only pay for what we do! We don't undercut anyone else, but we price fair...which means we price to do a good, quality job! We take into consideration the size of the area being cleaned, the difficulty of access to the area and the amount of dirt or debris accumulated. Minimum charge is $120.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon calling us, we'll send an estimator to your home to review the work and do measurements. We prefer potential clients be present during this step, but we understand if it's not possible. In that case, we can walk around the home and call with any questions. A quote is then emailed, and if accepted, we will get you on our schedule. You'll be given a 2-hour arrival window.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are background-checked, safety-trained and lift-certified. They have received OSHA-approved training and follow ladder safe job procedures. Whenever possible, we also have equipment that enables our technicians to do an A+ job from the ground, such as gutter vac systems and our streak-free water-fed pole window cleaning system. Technicians are trained on safe cleaning methods that won't scratch Low-E, tinted or tempered glass.
