A. We Stage more Vacant homes for investors. Also, we stage vacant homes listed by realtors (where the seller has already moved). We would welcome the option to stage more owner occupied properties. This is the least expensive type of Home Staging because we are using the sellers furniture and personal items. We, generally, don't have to bring in supplies. Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. An owner occupied seller can, actually stage their own home with the report we provide. However, we explain,, that most sellers do not have the time, take the time to complete what is necessary. Their lives are already busy with work and family. If the seller is able to follow thru, usually the seller is not able to complete in a timely manner. A Professional Home Stager can get the job done in a timely manner which is very important to the seller whenn listing their home on the market. First Impressions are EVERYTHING.....
