My house was a complete disaster like for real not one of those. My house doesn’t look like a hotel room so it’s a disaster. It was totally disgusting due to a long-standing bout of depression Zaza cleaners came in and did an excellent job and as hard as it was for me to book the job, they didn’t make me feel bad for having a messy house. They were so nice and polite. I’m really considering having them come regularly.

I just wanted to say that I am beyond happy with the services that Zaza cleaners has provided for me. The two young people sent to my house today are excellent workers who are very nice and polite they have out done themselves and you guys have exceeded my expectations so much so that I am wanting to now see about hiring your company to come out once a month to clean for me. You guys get a 5star rating and I will most definitely be referring others to you guys as well. We were very impressed with the team of John and Sharo from ZAZA. They provided the most thorough cleaning of our house, showing true professionalism, quality and an eye for detail. They did not rush the work, making sure each space was cleaned to the highest standards. They were quiet but asked questions appropriately when they needed clarification. No chatting on the phone or distracted texting. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

Zara Cleaners was very easy to contact as well as schedule. The cleaner was very professional and didn’t mind our larger dog. For a 1 bed 1 bath it did take most of morning/afternoon for this to be completed. The house was very clean however items were left out kinda random which was unexpected. Overall great service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the moment for our first time customers we offer 25% off until 2/29/24, and for existing clients 40% off until 2/29/24.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect all the details of the project first sometimes thought customers project listings or sometimes we contact the customers to get those details, after we have everything we need we confirmed our availability with service total!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require 2 years of cleaning experience before we hire our contractors and we train them for 2 weeks before sending them to any cleaning alone. We have about 8 years of experience in this industry and our main goal is customer & client satisfaction.
