I was introduced to MARI (Mandala Assessment Research Instrument) by Gloria Charlier while discussing alternative types of therapies. Gloria explained MARI to me and added that she is certified in MARI therapy. I made an appointment with her for the next available MARI session. The day came for my appointment and I have to admit being both nervous and a bit skeptical. Before beginning the session, Gloria's relaxing nature put me comfortably at ease and I was anxious to begin. The session took about an hour and I never felt rushed. In fact, Gloria encouraged me to take as much time with my Mandala as I needed. A Mandala is a drawing done by the client at the beginning of the session and then coloring the drawing. Though Gloria directed the session, I was the one actually making the choices of symbols and colors that appealed to me. The direction from Gloria was for me to choose colors and symbols according to how that color and symbol made me feel. There were several exercises in color and symbol choice and after I was finished Gloria revealed what the colors and symbols choices meant according to the my feelings. The results were amazing. They accurately translated and confirmed my true personality through my own choices and feelings. I would recommend this to everyone, but especially for someone who may feel stunted in their own personal or professional growth. MARI opened a new path to follow for my own growth, but only by my choice. Gloria is not an advisor, but is the presenter who validates your own personal decisions through your own choices. It is entirely up to the client to decide if change is necessary for their growth.

I have been friends with Gloria for sixteen years and never a more loyal, dependable and trustworthy friend have I been aquainted with. I watched her become accredited in aromatherapy, hyptnotherapy, healing touch and admired her diligence in doing so. She is very knowledgeable and astute at what she does. I have felt so privileged to have found Gloria. I have bought oils from her from years and have always been pleased. The oils are always reasonably priced and high quality. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour but $100 for the MARI assessment since the MARI typically takes about 2 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a discussion around goals and desires. I do an assessment and give the client options on where to begin and techniques they would like to experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning. As a Holistic Practitioner I have access to the latest information and technical journals. I also have contact with a large network of other professionals. I have a Master of Arts degree and certifications in Hypnosis, Aromatherapy, Sacred Contracts, MARI assessment, Creative Grief Coaching.
