I was looking for a lawn mowing service the same day or day after posting my request. Lawn Care Lover seemed to be a great option and confirmed multiple times to come out that same day at a specific time. Then never showed up or said there was problem. Then the next day scheduled a new time 2 days later and asked if that time worked. Not even apologizing or referencing our previous agreed upon appointment. I completely understand if someone can't make a surprise appointment within a day or two. But if you confirm multiple times that you can, then you need to stick to your word. I might have been able to find someone else but I stopped looking when I had confirmation that he'd be here.
