My mom had old and current leaks stemming from a poorly installed (and now old) roof and a vent stack. We had a few roofing companies come out, look at the stacks, assess the general health of the roof, and quote. Midtown Roofing was the ONLY company that (a) thoroughly assessed the roof (b) immediately saw what we already knew - that the roof was well past prime, (c) recommended a new roof and high quality materials (i.e., shingles w/50yr transferable warranty), or (d) that an insurance claim was even an option, let alone a possibility. Eric came out to do the quote, told us how he could work with us and insurance and proceeded to do EXACTLY what he said he could and would do, when he said he would. Then his crew comes out on the expected day, and worked ALL day. I'm sure they took breaks at some point. We guess. 😅 But, they came, they worked, they left. Based on the surrounding yard, there is no evidence they were even there, except for the new roof. It really is a shame that my own home is out of state. But, we could not be happier for the work Eric and his team did on my mom's home.

Responded quickly. Easy to work with. Their roofing grew was exceptional. Had two layers to to take off. From start to finish was 11 hours. 22 square. Unbelievable

Thanks to Eric & team for helping us through the insurance process and for getting us a new roof quickly (with the algae-resistant shingles we needed for our home, which is surround by trees)!
