Within minutes, Tim responded to my text request. He arrived on time, provided estimates and details of experience, photos, and made the decision easy to choose his company. Despite the "surprises" typically found in home remodeling, Tim kept his promise of price very fair and explained each step of the project of replacing bad wood and proper installation of flashing to include all workmanship meeting and exceeding building codes. Always prompt, on time, company attire and payment after the job is inspected and complete makes Tim a valuable asset and new friend for my next remodeling project.

Tim ensures the work is done correctly. I am a DIYer with the exception of roofing. I already had a basic level of understanding of the issue. Tim provided his solution which did not cut corners, well thought out and he is clearly not willing to install things in an incorrect way. He noticed my dryer vent was the incorrect part for the application (the vent was meant for side wall installations). So, he provided a proper roof vent, removed the damaged drywall, shingles. The repair and craftsmanship was executed excellently.
