- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my goal is to average $30 per hour unless a job is needing to be priced by the sq. ft. then I price accordingly but always try to keep things fair for all parties involved
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
estimates are always free I like to work around their schedule...it is important that the customer knows that their everyday life is relevant and will remain as undisturbed as possible during the process having answers for any and all question is a must and also patience for people that are unsure about their project and try to provide insight based on experience to find ways to ensure the desired outcome for the custome
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
most of all I have common sense other than that I have been involved in many trades such as commercial building, framing, painting, masonry, drywall, tile and hardwood installation, plumbing, electrical, deck building and restoration and most importantly I enjoy providing outstanding customer service...exceeding expectations is my goal
