My basement flooded and I called Mid Ohio Restoration, they came at 2AM and worked noon stop till problem was fixed. They dried out basement and also installed a sump pump to prevent from this happening again. Mr Mitchell explained every step of the way what was needed to be done and how he would do it. My basement flooded and hired this company to do the cleanup. They did a fanominal job. I called them at 4am and they was there within 30 minutes! Thats very fast! They did an awsome job and they are professional and very educated. Guy came back after the job was completed and cleaned my carpets for free. And on top of that gave me a discount for being a first responder. With him being law enforcement himself he treated me very well. Thank you mid ohio cleaning and restoration and your team for the amazing work you and your company did. I would strongly reccomend.

I hired them after I had a fire at my house. Guy came out and cleaned all the smoke smell out of my house and rebuilt the damaged part of my house. They did a fantastic job and did everything they said they said they were going to do and that's very important to me! I would definitely hire them again. They did fantastic on the cleanup and the reconstruction.
