Introduction

All our food is hand picked and homemade. We take great pride in the time and effort we put into EVERY meal!! Our brisket, pulled pork and Gouda Mac n Cheese are among our favorites to serve! We start each order knowing OUR customers are depending on us to fulfill their vision of what their "event" will be like. We do our best to ensure communication with our host to ensure that we delivere service "above our customers expectations". We ask questions, probe and try to find the best alternative for our hosts.

Corners Catering & Event Center worked with us to provide a caterer for our daughter’s backyard wedding. Lisa, the owner, provided excellent communication, assistance and a staff member that greatly exceeded our needs and expectations! Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She worked very hard and made our event go so smoothly!!! These ladies are both so fantastic and I gladly shared my experience about them with our guests that evening! We deeply appreciate Lisa and Michelle and hope that we have the opportunity to work with them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard catering menu but often we customize the menu to fit and needs and budget of the guest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask as many questions as possible regarding the catered event. I try to think of every possible scenario that may be overlooked. I like to give my clients as many options as possible and enjoy trying new dishes and menus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Serve Safe certified, as is my partner. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years.
