We are very happy with Eddie! We had extreme water damage done to our sub floor and our floor joist from a leaking shower floor. We could get our shower replaced until we got these serious repairs done. When repairs were done I paid him cash and I did catch it but Eddie did. I over paid him and he let me know. I sure did appreciate that. We will work with him again.

I spoke him to discuss my issue and he offered valuable insight into the issue and the underlaying cause. I'm speaking with him he indicated his opinion that the issue at hand was not of the severity i had initially believed. He has still offered to come to view the issue regardless however I think it speaks volumes to contact someone in this field who can listen to the situation and give am honest diagnosis even if it means the job doesn't need to be done (and thus no payment for his time). I trust him to give a fair assessment over personal profit
