M & S restored a 25+ year old paver patio to like-new condition, and with proper drainage. They also built a beautiful deck with select materials. They are easy to work with and provide great customer service. John and Rick are professionals who supervise their crews to insure the final product meets their high standards.

Details: New deck or porch construction • Small (less than 150 sq ft) • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Residential

Wonderful experience with this company! They were very thorough, communication was strong, and they went above and beyond to make sure we, as customers, were happy and satisfied. They were helpful in the process, polite and always showed up when they said they would. They did value added things that a lot of other companies wouldn't do. Highly impressed and would definitely recommend M and S Home Repairs for your job!

Details: Cracked floor or foundation • Uneven or sloping floors • Gaps between the wall and floor or ceiling • Colonial • Full basement • Traditional masonry or brick • No obstacles • No existing plans - need design suggestions • Two-story building • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Home

I was really hopeful with this contractor because their initial contact was very professional. However, that quickly changed and I ended up not even getting an estimate. The estimate window was 5 hours(!) So I made arrangements to work from home to accommodate that. Then in the expected day, it wasn't until AFTER I reached out to them ( to let them know I may be unable to answer if they called, because I was working - but left them the option to leave a message, text, etc. ) I was then informed we needed to reschedule for the following week. You don't immediately reach out to your prospective clients AS SOON as there might be a scheduling change? You just wait for them to contact you so you can say, "oh, yeah we're not coming"

Details: I have sketches and/or a basic idea of the project • Bathroom • Complete renovation of existing structure • Less than 500 sq ft • Residential

M and S Home Repairs.'s reply
Ms. Jami. Neither I, nor my partner could determine when our vehicle would break down. Once we contacted the tow company, we contacted you regarding the breakdown and ask if you would like us to reschedule the estimate. You responded with "no thanks". This is the 2nd time in the pass 5 years that we missed our estimate appointments due to vehicle issues. We contacted you right away and apologized for our failure to complete your estimate. I know we could have saved you hundreds, perhaps even thousands of dollars on your project of a basement bathroom. However, since we were not able to complete the estimate at the appointed hour and the fact you never hired us. And could not forgive us for missing the appointment due to vehicle issues, we were unable to save you any money at all. We deeply appreciate the single star rating and wish you the best of luck with your bathroom project. Thanks, John.

M and S Home Repairs.'s reply
Perhaps you should give the correct information when looking for an electrician. Interesting, in your second search for an electrician, you used all the correct electrical information i provided in my second response to you. I appreciate the single star rating and i wish you good luck in the future.
