I enjoy turning a rough,old,stained floor into a beautiful addition to a home. Original wood has such character. I like to look at the job site in person before providing a price. That way we can determine if any boards need to be replaced. We can also discuss if you would like a natural finish or hand rubbed stain .

I do not have standard pricing. I usually quote a price after looking at the job site. The price can fluctuate with the amount of areas that require hand refinishing.

I like to look at the job site in person before providing a quote.

I have personally been in this business since 1986.
