Wayne did a great job painting the porch, railings, doors and trim at my rental property. Honest, reliable and communicates well. Very affordable, he created a plan to assess what needed a full re-paint vs what just needed touched up, this helped save me a lot of money, while also making everything look brand new.
Highly recommend using Wayne, 10/10. I’ll for sure be using him for future work on other properties.

We were fortunate to choose Wayne as the person to refinish wood floors in our home that had been splattered with paint and covered with carpet. He took his time to consider what needed to be done with great attention to detail and quality. Wayne was always upfront about options and costs, with a great deal of knowledge about the pros and cons of various choices. Beautiful work by an admitted perfectionist.

As I was grinding out old grout to replace between the tiles, it became apparent that moisture had gotten behind the tile and was severely affecting the wall behind. This was beyond what I knew how to do so I contacted Wayne and he came out the very next day to assess the situation. He gave me every possible scenario and instead of making me decide immediately, he suggested that he take off more tile to see how far the water damage had gone, and then I could make a decision to replace the backer board and reuse the tile, or whether it was too damaged and we would need to choose another route. After removing the tile, we met again to reassess and he gave me the options. Due to time constraints and the cost of reusing the tile, I chose to have him repair the backer board, water proof it and install a custom tub surround. He sent me a list of exact items to buy at Home Depot, and he completed the job the following day. I could not have been more pleased with Wayne’s incredible attention to detail, thinking through every step, and repairing the bathroom like it was his own home. He was responsive, communicated throughout the process and went out of his way to complete to job very quickly due to a renter moving in. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for my projects in the future!

Wayne didn’t just give me a quote and go away as most do. He offered alternatives to allow me to view my project a little differently. This enabled me make a decision on what I really wanted & helped to cut the cost as well. He was meticulous, and ensured I understood what he was doing and why. Wayne did a great job on my shower tile project. He was professional, reliable, and clearly knows his craft.
