This was my first time dealing with Jay, the owner of Thermal Roofing. I found him to be quite experienced and knowledgeable. He was friendly and very helpful. I had also asked him about gutter guards and he answered all of my questions, leaving me feeling more secure in my decision on whether or not to get them. I told Jay that I was thinking of getting them next spring or summer. I will definitely be calling Thermal Roofing when I am ready to have my gutter guards installed. You can't beat an experienced, reliable, trustworthy company...and on top of all of that...their prices are very reasonable. P.S. I almost forgot...all of their work is guaranteed!

Had my roof replaced over house, breezeway and garage. Installation went pretty smooth, took 1.5 days, and crew was very good at cleaning up everything. Only negative was having it done in the winter meant delays because of weather. Would not recommend having this project done in the wintertime unless you can be very flexible.

I had my gutters and downspouts installed on my entire house also leaf guard installed I was very impressed with Mr. Jay Walker the owner on his professionalism he explained very well on what was going to be done He came out to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction I was very impressed and I would recommend his work to anyone needing his services thank you

I contacted Jay Walkers Co. through Thumbtack about getting a quote on Gutters for my duplex. He came out to give me an estimate & explain everything that would be done and all about his company. He told me that all was 100% guaranteed (not warrantied and also explained the difference) for life of the structure & if I ever decided to sell that the guarantee was transferable to new owner. I liked that he gave me options about the immediate problem I had with the large section that had come off caused by the high winds we had been having & was hanging on the back side of my duplex. After that first meeting I decided to go ahead & replace all the the gutters & also have the Leaf guards installed. I knew I'd made the right decision! Jay scheduled me for the following week depending on weather. His crew was here on time, & the gutters were finished in just a few hours. The leaf guards were put on that Friday & also quickly. Jay checked in with me to see if all went well! Everything looks great & I know will add value & a lot better look than the old outdated original. I'm confident that I won't have to worry about the gutters again & know if by some chance a problem would come up that I was assured just to give a call & it would be taken care of. I'm also glad I decided on the leaf guards because never having to clean them out again is a real relief :-) I definitely would recommend any of Jays companies with any housing concerns anyone may have. They were very efficient. Reasonably priced and did an excellent job cleaning up from the job. Came right away once contacted to give estimate and the job was done the following day.
