Troy is the absolute best! I was so glad that I found him!
He was exactly what I was looking for when I needed assistance to inspect/treat for bedbugs. I had been emotionally distraught thinking there were bugs in my house. Troy educated me and put me at ease. He is not your typical bug treatment professional. His modern knowledge about his trade really impressed me and this makes him a cut above the rest. I've worked with other companies and they are mostly old fashioned and not up to date with their methods. Other companies quoted me thousands of dollars higher than Troy's treatment. Other companies were quoting me for services I didn't need but I didn't know that until I spoke to Troy. I can't recommend his service's enough. If you are considering having someone come to your home to inspect/treat for bugs, seriously, call Troy and tell him about your situation. He really cares about people and it shows with his work. I will DEFINITELY be keeping his number.

Let me just say having a baby and finding u have a bedbug problem... puts u in emotional distress... when troy came he made u feel at ease and explained and helped educate u as well... he even helped move funiture he was very reasonable priced and affordable he will not jerk u around with the price and will be upfront on what the steps are after he asses's... others I have called were to much money and no guarantee.... if u are looking for real help he is the one to count on!!!!!

Troy was very professional. Quick response and availability, in addition to best value for money. We hired him to spray for control and prevention of spiders but got much more. He was thorough inside and out, and even cleaned up existing cobwebs. Will definitely hire him again as needed and recommend to family and friends.

Met Troy today! First class service. Felt super comfortable having in my home on Powell. Wears boot covers when in the house. Thorough and his chemicals don't stink up your house all day. Troy is not your average pest control guy. He had had advanced training and is of course licensed and bonded. He takes care of residential but specializes in office spaces and apartment complexes. We hired him to come to our house quarterly inside/out. He will also come between sprays if you have a flare up of insects at no cost. I will be referring him to all my friends family and coworkers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are not standard as every situation is different. I want to know as much as I can about the situation and quote a fair price for the work I feel needs done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I am going to listen very carefully to my clients situation if I don't feel like I have enough information after hearing what they have to say, I'm going to ask questions. Listening and Understanding are the most important first steps...after that setting proper expectations and getting pricing out of the way will make for a much more rewarding customer experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed through the state of Ohio Department of Agriculture. I am a member of the Ohio and National Pest Management Associations and was previous Vice President of the Future Pest Managers of Ohio. I also volunteered for 7 years at the Central Ohio Bed Bug Task Force.
