My strengths include but are not limited to decks, fencing, landscaping/garden ponds, plumbing, electrical, and home remodels. I am something of a perfectionist and a quick problem solver. I do not leave anything incomplete or any customer unhappy. I stand behind any work that I complete, and will also save my customers money where ever I am able to. For me the work is not just a job, I prefer to leave everything I touch better than before I arrived. Even if that means fixing an issue that a previous technician left incomplete or was just negligent in their work. I have great interpersonal communication skills, and I strive to make my customers feel comfortable with not just myself, but in explaining the work I am completing and the different ways to go about it. I have always been one to work with my hands (and believe me there is no hand modeling in my future). I was always taught that anything can be done with the right amount of drive. I enjoy any project from start to finish, however the completed work and finished product has always made me enjoy the work I do.

Brandon was great work with. He was on time did what he said and was honest and upfront. He could have charged me more but he didn’t because some of the work was already done and I didn’t realize it. I will use him again as he has extensive background in general construction and handyman services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, however I am also not in the business of being over priced. So there is no standard for what a price will be or what a job may entail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet people and get a feel for what they wish to see when the job is complete. I prefer to walk a customer through the process and explain what a job may include to reach the end result that they picture in their mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year vocational diploma for carpentry, 10 years experience with fencing, 15 years experience in general maintenance. I am also HVAC certified and hold a license with the EPA, and was previously employed by the State of Ohio as a Maintenance repair technician.
