Gotcha Covered of Medina was a great choice for us to use for our window treatments. We received estimates from 3 different companies. They weren't most or least expensive. Jen was very professional and courteous as we talked through what we wanted for our windows. No pressure to purchase most expensive and very helpful with color and style selections. After install, there was an issue with couple and they replaced upon request. Great service by Jen and her installer. Don't remember his name, but he was very personable. Would recommend them highly.

We love our Honeycomb Blinds and Roman Shades from Gotcha Covered. Jen asked us questions to understand our needs and then showed us several samples based on what we described. She has a consultative approach to her business and really cares about her customers. We also want to recognize Alex who did a great job of installing all of the blinds and shades.
