- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are upfront pricing from our software system price book. No hidden charges or fees. Estimates are approved and agreed upon by client before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact can be by phone or text or email. We try find out what type of challenge our client is having and what sort of appliance they are having it with. We want to be sure before arriving at the home that we will have success repairing the problem. If it is a type of appliance or work we cannot handle we many times refer customers to other providers. If we come to the home for an estimate on a new installation there is never a charge. Trouble calls generate a small service to cover our cost to travel to the job and diagnose the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Nate certified, state of Ohio license andEPA energy star certified. All of these disciplines require Regular training courses to be maintain these certifications. We have gone to many factories schools to learn the proper installation and service procedures for appliances we install.
