The whole process was great all the way through. The team is knowledgeable and respectful during the whole process. The update link is a great touch with photos and updates throughout the project when you cant be there. Would definitely recommend.

We recently had the roof and gutters of our home replaced by RAW Roofing Solutions, and overall the work they did was great.Communication was also great with all the staff we worked withMike, Sebastian, Dakotah, and Justin. Everyone was cordial, responsive, and apologetic when issues came up.The biggest downside was their internal miscommunications, which led to the wrong gutters being installed and needing to be removed and redone days later. We were originally told this would be a one-day job, but the full project ended up taking about a week. While the roof itself was completed in a day, a damaged part had to be reinstalled, and the gutter work was delayed. This was frustrating since we had taken time off work specifically for the project and paid the deposit three months in advance with the expectation the job would be completed during that time.I had also hoped their team would provide more quality assurance. I had to point out items that were outlined in our contract but not completed correctly the first time, such as not removing the TV antenna, incorrect ordering of a pivot boot, and installing 5-inch gutters instead of the agreed-upon 6-inch gutters.Job site cleanliness is another area for improvement. After multiple visits, we found ourselves cleaning up after the crews, including finding over 100 nails across our yard and our neighbors yards combined. We know the team used a magnet roller while working, but it was not as thorough as expected.Another area of opportunity is more transparency on pricing. The estimate was based on assumptions about the roof decking, and we didnt realize repairs would cost almost an additional $5k. In hindsight, replacing the entire deck with sheet wood may have been more cost-effective, and clearer guidance upfront would have helped.We received quotes from nearly 10 different companies, and RAW was the most expensive, but we chose them for their reputation, workmanship warranty, transferable warranty, and strong recommendations from friends. While the cost ended up higher than expected, the team remained professional and worked hard to make things right.For these reasons, I cant give a 5-star review, but I do want to acknowledge the great quality of work. Overall, I'm hopeful the cost of the investment will be beneficial in the future.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and fair review. I'm glad our team's communication and the quality of the finished work came through, but I'm sorry the process itself fell short of what you should expect from us.
The missed contract details, the timeline stretching to a week, the cleanup issues, and the clarity on decking costs upfront — all of that is on us, not you. You shouldn't have had to catch our mistakes or clean up after our crews.
We're taking this feedback seriously: adding a final QA check against the contract before we call a job done, retraining crews on site cleanup, and committing to clearer upfront conversations when decking issues are found mid-project so there are no cost surprises.
