My work stands out simply because I view it as a reflection of myself and doing less than.. is not an option.This type of work has been my primary source of income for 20 plus years and four children. How did you get started doing this type of work?
My step-mom started a janitorial service when I was in high school and I worked for her part time. When my life choices started to include children I couldn't ignore the benefits of this line of work in regards to flexibility and something that I genuinely enjoyed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every new job starts with a deep clean....mostly to calm my OCD tendencies and to assure I have a true understanding of work completed by myself rather than another. It also affords me an opportunity to assess the individual needs of not only the home but its occupants as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Your're letting a stranger into a sacred part of your life. If they hesitate to answer...move on. Anyone reputable and committed to their growth in this field should not hesitate to answer any questions.
