About this pro
I am very educated on the body and how it is supposed to work and move properly. I know how to correct many of common types of injuries such as ANY kind off knee problems, back problems, hip problems etc etc. I have learned and been trained from some of the best trainers/coaches in the nation. I am happy to provide references. I love my job. There is not a day that goes by that I do not love what I do. I want to live my life helping people to the best of my ability and my greatest ability is training. I am constantly updating my knowledge and shadowing my own coach and the individuals that I believe are the best trainers in the nation. I will always better myself to become the best trainer I can be for which seeing results in my clients is the ultimate reward in my job.
