David was very responsive and communicative. There were several projects but the main project, repairing a column for the front porch, was completed within two weeks from when he initially came to view the work. The rain delayed the work, which he would have done within days. I was on a budget so he worked with me by reusing as much of the original materials where he could. I can't wait for Mad Hat Pros to come back to more projects. Thank you.
