We teach a combination of both Japanese and Korean martial arts in order to create a complete and time tested style. We are a family friendly school and offer a relaxed but structured environment focusing on the development of both the mind and body of our students.
Our curriculum follows what we call a learn and burn format. What that means is on the first class of the week we focus on learning new skills and the second class of the week we follow a high energy workout that gives us the opportunity to use what we just learned.
If a student participates fully, they will definitely improve both strength and endurance no matter what their fitness level is. We have students ranging in age from 5 to over 50 and they all gain something from each class.
Our school offers a free one week trial to anyone interested in trying the school out. Classes are normally twice a week to start and after the first month we offer a Friday night sparring class for those that are interested. Our master instructor is a 4th degree black belt in Korean Tang soo do and a 1st degree black belt in Japanese Goju ryu karate with experience in multiple other styles.
