Well this was a pleasant experience! My house is 160 years old, and the chimney was...a little hinky! I knew I had to take care of it eventually, but I sure was dreading it! David is super cool. He didn't pressure me into anything or make me feel like a dumb woman (contractors just LOVE to do that), and he even said that I definitely had time to get it taken care of. But...I liked him, the price was super fair, and I wanted it over with! He was communicative, on time, clean, kind. WIN.
