Handyman

The best handyman I have ever met!! Kevin is very professional, punctual , strives for quantity and nothing but the best. He is pretty good and has awesome tools. He cleans up pretty good after his work. His quote is very fair and compared to his quality of work it’s unbeatable. He charges only for the hours worked even from the quote he gave. He even gave valuable recommendations, pro tips on my other projects that I am looking to do myself. Such a nice guy !! Would definitely recommend him for any home improvement projects and he will be my go to guy for any future projects.

Handyman

Kevin is a true handyman. We ran into some difficulty finding the right railing for the project but Kevin was diligent in his research and found just the right material for the job. He was professional, polite, and punctual throughout the entire process. It is hard now days to find someone with those same characters. My family and I will continue to use Kevin for small jobs as they show up....

Handyman

Over the last year, we had accumulated various home improvement jobs that we needed help with. Kevin helped us with all of those and even did a couple things we thought of after he was here. His work quality and communication were excellent and we hope to keep working with him in the future!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rate is $75.00/ hour with a 4 hour minimum. I can quote projects / jobs by the hour or by the project. The hourly and or project rate does not include incidentals that may arise during the project or work added to the project once started.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a quick phone conversation with each customer to understand what they are looking for and where the project is located. I will then set up a time to meet with the customer at the job site to walk the job, gain a detailed understanding of the current situation, and what the customer is expecting as the end result. This enables me to quote the job accurately. From there if hired, I require a 50% down payment to schedule the work and get the job started.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been around tools, building, fixing, and coming up with solutions to problems for over 30 years. I built my first fixture (a shoe rack) when I was 7 years old and still have it today. I spent 15 years in the DYI industry and have always enjoyed working with my hands, both creating and repairing things. I'm an avid learner and enjoy new challenges and figuring out how to solve problems. I also love the opportunity to help and teach others.
