After exhausting all the self-help tricks to get my Dell Inspiron laptop to recognize the power supply, Tim was able to immediately recognize what the problem was, ordered the part and got it back up running within a couple of days. I was impressed not only with Tim's knowledge of computer repair, but also with Tim himself, who is a very friendly, humble man who obviously enjoys working with computers but also with helping others. I plan to have Tim update my computer's operating system in a few months. I would definitely recommend him.

Tim is very knowledgeable in all aspects of repair, network set up and troubleshooting. Every time I have called Tim he has always been able to get my issues resolved in a timely manner. He is my go to guy for all my computer repair needs.

This was the best experience I have ever had as far as customer service with computers. Mr. Orolin contacted me often as to the status of the parts being delivered. He was able to fix my computer the day the parts arrived to him. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Tim is a courteous business professional. He has done many repairs on my personal lap top and my sons gaming computer and has always been successful and done in a timely manner at a competable price.
