Prime roofing was one of three roofing companies I called. The other two offer solutions that would not solve the problem and were 10 times more expensive. Honey took the time to understand where the water was coming from and repair the issue at a very reasonable price . I highly recommend using this company.

Process this far: Heavy rains started early in the morning (maybe 5am) my roof was leaking near the flashing of the chimney. Here I am, a contractor myself thinking “welp that’s not supposed to be raining in here” so I begin calling some companies that have reputable reviews and history. STILL TO THIS MOMENT THEY HAVENT CALLED BACK 4 hours later. But prime roof not only answered, they kept me updated and already temporarily sealed it so it won’t rain in my house, they diagnosed the issues, set up a day to do the work and sealed it so no further damages happen. Jonny came out and let me tell you, if you see he’s coming to your home? Make that man some cookies or something because you’re about to be treated great. I’ll update once all work is done but I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more, please use them. Companies like this deserve to be rewarded for being this accommodating and excellent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We scheduled an appointment to meet about the need for the homeowner we provide them with a solution explaining and detailing the process , customer hired us to do there work we talk about colors about schedule date for install we order materials communicate thru out , day of install salesman is on site to make sure things are getting done as talked about with the homeowner if salesman needs to leave before crew wraps up he will swing back thru and do a quality control of the project !!
