I've spent the last year building a new home. I hired Kyle to do the final grade and spread seed/straw. He ran into some delays with equipment, weather, my previous scraping and backfill jobs, etc, but pulled through and spent his 4th of July finishing up. He did a great job. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans and decided to dump an inch of rain down in 20 minutes the next day and cut huge trenches into my beautiful topsoil and washed most of my seed and straw down the creek. That is pretty much how every step of the home construction has gone though. Yay for my great luck. This has nothing to do with Kyle though, I'm 100% happy with what he did.

Never showed back up to finish the job as promised. A culvert pipe extension for a pond outlet that he installed settled and disconnected within a year of install. No response after many attempts of contacting over several months. I had another job for him to do when he came back out as well, which would have been the 3rd job I had hired him for. Totally ghosted. Not a great way to treat somebody who had supported your business.

I apologize you are upset but as we talked about the backyard will have to be touched up once it dries out and we can't do anything with all the rain we've had. As we talked about it would be closer to middle May till it dried out enough. I hope you allow us to come back out and touch up from waterproofing
