I have written probably five reviews on this site, all positive. This will be my first negative one. I think the owner is simply overwhelmed and project management becomes an issue. I spent a great deal of my own time cleaning up from his crew each day. There was a general lack of regard for plants and property. Water bottles and debris were just thrown about and into adjacent landscaping. The quality of the work was adequate but follow up and problem resolution was zero. I tried three times to have the owner come out to resolve a blistering issue with the concrete. After they had their money, getting any response was darn near impossible. In fact after the third time I realized there would be no follow up. The "blistering" of the sealant used on the concrete just ruined the overall appearance of the project. I have no doubt they can do good work and overall the project was not hateful. I would just seek out a company that places more importance on quality and pride in the finished product. You spend a lot of money on these projects you want them done right!
