- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are 100% transparent with our clients. Our upfront price structure is simple with no hidden fees. Standard Move Price Structure(s) - 2 move specialists $90 per hour with a two hour minimum and a $150 truck fee - 3 move specialists $135per hour with a two hour minimum and a $150 truck fee - 4 move specialists $180 per hour with a two hour minimum and a $150 truck fee - A $1 per mile travel fee will be applied for any service required outside of a 50 mile range from our office 📦If you need any moving boxes, specialty boxes for fragile items, or packing materials we can provide those! Ask about prices. 🛠️If you require any installation work there is no additional cost & comes with our service. So for any disassembly/reassembly of furniture for instance bed frames, tables, etc. we got you! ***If you require labor only service there will be a travel fee of $1 per mile for the distance we travel from our office to you & back. The truck fee does not apply on labor only jobs. The two hour minimum policy still applies*** 🎓 We offer a 5% discount for senior citizens and students
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I reach out to them asap. Next, I know every potential client and their situation will be different so I’m attentive to any concerns or special requests they may have. Lastly, to just make sure we are the best fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my opinion, experience is the best teacher. I’ve provided moving services for over a decade now.
