Rick and his team were awesome. Rick was so responsive, assisting us throughout an insurance claim. His installers braved intense heat and did perfect work. If we had questions, Rick explained the answers with patience so we could actually understand. If a roof is needed, Harbor Exteriors would be my first call!

We have worked with Rick Ritter on a number of projects. When our new house had a leak, I knew exactly who to call. Rick came out quickly and determined that it was advisable to update our old roof. Rick helped us do mockups of different roofing options and talked us through the process. Rick even had his crew nail tarps down on in questionable spots while we were waiting for material to arrive. We were on vacation and knew a big storm was coming and knowing Rick had taken care of our house was a huge relief!! When installation day occurred I was amazed at the crew! They worked all day until 9pm to finish the job (not expected!) and made sure the yard and driveway was clean of debris and nails. Im very impressed with their quality of work!! Rick was on sight almost all day to make sure everything went smooth and the next day he came out to review everything with us. He made this entire process very easy!! We are so happy to know that Rick has started his own company and wish only the best to Harbor Exteriors!!
