- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the few local contractors that do not advertise on a daily basis which minimizes our overhead cost leaving customers with low estimates for high quality material and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reaches out there will be a 5 minute conversation about the project and best time to come out for an inspection. We take pride in our quick response and usually can come out to a house within 24 hours. After writing an estimate and forming a contract we can typically get a roof installed within a week. After a roof install is completed a final inspection will take place and the homeowner will receive warranty documentation along with a certificate of completion.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not settle for the lowest quality material and the lowest amount of years for warranties just because it is cheaper. Always go with the guy who has been in business for more than 20 years, with longer workmanship warranties, and top quality materials.
