I have been a student of Matt's for over 4 years and when I first started playing and taking lessons from Matt I was already in my mid 40's. Matt has been very patient and encouraging and has helped me reach a level of playing I didn't think I could achieve. Matt is very versatile in his playing and teaching and could help anyone no matter what style of playing they enjoy. i travel frequently and Matt has always been very flexible in working with my schedule, if you want to learn Matt will be completely committed to helping you. I would recommend my friend Matt to anyone looking to become a better guitar player.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the half-hour for lessons, and my students pay for a month, one lesson per week. I have different rates for group lessons and home lessons.

Yes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been a practicing musician for several years and working a day job in construction. I lost my job, and aswered an ad for guitar instructors at a store in Mansfield back in 1994. I have been doing it at least part-time ever since.
