What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Junk Hauling - $300 is for a full truck and trailer load. Dump fees are included up to 1 ton. If junk is far from road/driveway or there are stairs there may be additional fees. Snow Removal - Average driveway is $50 with one walk way included. Extra walkways/salt add $10 each.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can request a day and time. Please have items as close to parking as possible. I will arrive and remove the unwanted items.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I collected too much stuff over the years and finally decided to haul everything to the dump. I realized that throwing away things may feel stressful at first, but there is a sense of freedom you gain afterwards. The more I removed, the more I wanted to throw away. I also realized other people struggle with this and could use a hand from someone who understands.
