- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard hourly rate for residential cleaning services is $24/hour. For staging, we quote on a per project basis after an initial meeting with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet my clients at their home on my first visit. The face to face introduction is important for the client to gain a comfort level with us, and also for us to build a personal relationship with our clients, which I feel is mutually valuable. We will walk through their home and they are able to clarify exactly what they would like done. I also maintain communication via text once I'm finished with the job, or if I have additional items to communicate with them. Open lines of communication are very important in our field as there is a certain trust that our clients have in us when they allow us to enter their homes. So I like to make sure my clients are very comfortable with us being in their home, even if they are not there while we are cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising (minor in Graphic Design - my artistic side), and after many years in the corporate environment, also due to family obligations, I decided to start my own business. I love design and decorating, and offer staging services as well as residential cleaning.
