I was looking for someone to do routine cleaning bi-weekly and do something extra every time. Melissa fit the bill. Our house hasn't been this spic and span for a while. Her attention to detail is great! She got the white dust out of the nooks and crannies of our furniture, cabinets, window sills, etc. Legs on chairs are clean, mirrors are sparkling, cabinets look fresh. Melissa is very conscientious, organized, and meticulous. She is also efficient, and communicates well through texting, etc. I also feel that she is very trustworthy. All of the qualities I wanted in someone to make my house look "bright" again. Working full time makes it hard for me to get the deep cleaning done. I've been just brushing over things for awhile just to make it presentable. Now it looks like it did when we first moved in! Thanks Melissa!

I cannot say enough good things about this cleaning service. It is great to come home to an incredibly clean and fresh smelling house. The owner, Melissa is very friendly and professional-she works fast and is extremely thorough.

Melissa has been cleaning for me 8-10 times a month between our house and the office. Her and Chris are very personable and always do such a wonderful job, even my windows where shining like new! With my husband and I having such a busy schedule it is nice to have someone we can trust enough to leave a key and not have any worries.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, a flat rate. We found that out of fairness to our customers we prefer to come out and personally meet them and take twenty minutes to look at the house or business and discuss exactly what is expected of us and have as many details as possible. With that we have great end results and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet our potential new customer in person and build a business relationship with them and earn their trust so they can be confident in the professional service they are paying for. Then we can discuss what is important to them and get all the details and answer questions and come to an agreement of services and a set price that we both agree on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Melissa) cleaned both residential and businesses for my Aunts company for five years before starting and running my own business for the last six years. Chris comes from a Business and Law Enforcement background and joined forces with me ( Melissa) in the cleaning business the last six years.
