- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For more complex projects like a full bathroom remodel I like to offer a price range high and low to accommodate unforeseen situations. For more simple projects I can usually give a firm quote. I require 50% of the total project cost to start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a big fan of meeting face to face and seeing any potential projects first hand. Every project is different and comes with its own characteristics. Every customer has a unique set of expectations. I want to meet in person and discuss all the details. Then I can get back to them with a quote and a timeline. I will never not get back to a customer. Even if I can’t take the job, I ALWAYS follow up and follow through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m experienced with most aspects of residential construction and remodeling. I am not licensed however as an electrician or plumber.
