This was my first time using Harris carpet cleaning and I am beyond happy with their work. They got me right in, was punctual and they cleaned my carpets better than ANYONE ever has. I am impressed, will never use anyone else and have recommended them to all my friends ! I was thinking of replacing my carpet but now it's not necessary. Great job, thank you so much !

Harris Carpet Cleaning saved me an abundance of money because of their amazing prices, and also wow'ed me with their performance on my carpets. Pet stains, juice spills, and dried paint took over my carpet, but thanks to this company, everything looks as good as new!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We do have a very simple standard pricing system. For residential customers we do area pricing. Any area under 250 square-foot would count as one area. We have a four area special for $95 each additional area is only $20. Commercial carpet cleaning is $.17 a square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to learn more about the cleaning situation. We will do a complete walk-through with the customer. Give the customer the best evaluation and expectations before the job started. There are no gimmicks with Harris Carpet Cleaning,no bait and switch tactics either!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Harris Carpet Cleaning is up-to-date on IICRC certification and has a valid Ohio vendors license. Harris Carpet Cleaning is also licensed, bonded and insured.
