FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack Discount Code: TT0371 In order to earn your trust and to prove the premium quality of care we offer, we are currently offering Thumbtack customers our largest discount that is available nowhere else, 25% off on carpet your cleaning using the code (TT0371). We do our best to make sure that the estimate we provide to you in this format is as accurate as we can make it. Our technicians will never be "pushy" or try to sell you something you don't need. We make an effort to educate our customers on any products or services that may benefit them so that they can make a decision on the services they would like to have us perform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the great things about Thumbtack is that we have the opportunity to get to understand your concerns a little better than in most other venues. It is frustrating as a customer getting a price for a service in your home and then when the service professional shows up the price changes, whether that be from a pushy sales approach or from a misunderstanding about the scope of the job, especially as it pertains to stubborn stains. Our goal is to get a good understanding of what created the stains your trying to eradicate so we can get it out without using un-needed Oxi products and be certain that the price you get from us is the price you pay at the time of service. In some cases there may be additional services we can offer, but those services are always optional for you. Our process for cleaning involves the following: 1) Walk through inspection. We’ll walk through the areas you’ve requested us to clean and identify any potential concerns and visit with you about those and any concerns you may have prior to starting the job. 2) Pre-Treatment. For areas that are heavily soiled we will apply a pre-treatment solution that will start to break down oils and harder to remove dirt and grime. 3) Cleaning solution. Our cleaning solution uses the power of oxygen as well as an encapsulator. This part of the process breaks apart the dirt and debris from the carpet fibers and the encapsulator forms tiny crystals around the broken up dirt and debris so it can be easily removed from the carpet. 4) Cleaning. Since we spray our cleaning solution onto the carpet, there is no need for hoses drug throughout your home or doors being left open, nor the need to pump truck loads of water into your carpet. Our carpet machine resembles a vacuum cleaner, but the similarities end there. There is a powerful motor spinning two commercial grade counter rotating brushes at 480 rpm. Those brushes reach deep into the carpet and extract the encapsulated dirt and debris and collect them in a catch basin on our machine. We’ll even be happy to show you all the dirt, debris and hair we pull out of your carpet if you so wish. Also because of the way our brushes work, your carpet does not need to be groomed after our process. The brushes revitalize the carpet fibers and leave them standing tall, just like the day the carpet was installed. And since our process is low moisture, your carpets are dry within an hour or two depending on the humidity.
