Hi! I am Bill Brown, owner of Paramount. Yup, that’s the family and I above. (I am also the company avatar but a much younger version:) Paramount believes in delivering services with only the highest regards to health, safety, comfort, reliability, quality, and customer service. (In fact, a poster that states this is on the wall in our training room.) We provide heating, cooling, and duct cleaning services to homeowners in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. Paramount was great to work with from start to finish. They were able to get us scheduled for an estimate and, ultimately, an AC replacement within a few days. During a heat wave, no less. Pricing was reasonable and their customer service was on point.

If I could select all the qualities I would. Fred was great he ask if he could come inside my house I said yes he had his PPE on the whole time got right to work, even offered to set up my thermostat with app.

Fred arrived right on time, listened to my assessment of the problem, he was quickly able to diagnose a short circuit on the low voltage thermostat wiring. He made the repairs and was finished with everything start to finish in 1 hour.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $89 diagnostic fee to come to your home or business to determine what work will be needed. From there, we provide a flat rate quote for any repairs before we do any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For repairs, we stop out and determine exactly what is going on with the system, then provide options for repair. Our service and diagnostic fee during normal business hours is $89.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are National Comfort Institute and NATE certified. Plus, we have a State of Ohio Residential and Commercial HVAC contractor's license and Residential and Commercial Plumbing License. Bill Brown, the owner, has an Associate Degree in HVAC from Columbus State, plus sits on the advisory board for a few local training organizations.
