We were first skeptical about the whole process and how the inspection process would go from totally an independent contractor (Michael Brady) from Heritage Home Inspections, it was a magnificent experience working with Michael, He’s very knowledgeable and detailed oriented for the work he does. I would say he’s simply the best. His inspection report was so detailed and user friendly to go through all the findings. I would strongly recommend Michael for anyone who is looking for home inspections. Great Work!

Michael was very through and didn't leave anything no matter how large or small off his report. He was very friendly and patient especially considering I followed him around the entire time aasking questions. This was my first time in need of help from a home inspector but I will be giving Michael a call if I ever need another inspection. I also would recommend him to any one who is looking for a professional quality home inspector.
