- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. We offer recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly plans as well as deep cleans and move-in and move-out cleans. Recurring clients receive the best rates since we reward loyalty. There are no hidden fees, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay. We also offer add-on services like inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior windows, and more for an additional flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call or message to learn about your home and what you are looking for. We provide an instant quote based on your home size and the services you need. Once you are ready to book, we schedule your first clean, collect your card on file, and handle everything from there. After each cleaning, we follow up to make sure you are happy. For recurring clients, we assign the same cleaning team to your home for every visit, so you always have a familiar face you can trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning team is fully trained on our detailed room-by-room cleaning checklists for every service type. Before any cleaner is sent to a client's home, they are background checked, insured, and bonded. We have built a comprehensive quality control system that includes check-in texts, and an after-clean walkthrough to ensure every home meets our standard before we consider the job complete.
