- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally start with a few basic "get to know you" questions, just to ease the client and give them a chance to relax. Then I give them time to tell me what it is they are looking to accomplish. And I never judge. Ever.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a natural-born coach. I've always been interested in getting to know people and asking them questions about themselves. Add that to my love to help people overcome obstacles, and there you have it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone you are willing to trust and open up to, but someone who will hold you accountable for the goals that you want to accomplish. Look for someone that you are willing to accept encouragement as well as tough love from.
