Chef Lee deserves 5 star for everything! She was super communicative. She had super creative ideas. She was very flexible. Her food was delicious! She executed beautifully! And I thought her pricing was very fair! (For reference, we did a 12 year-old girl b'day event. There were 4 girls. It was a sushi making party and included a featured non-alcoholic beverage, dumplings, 2 rolls, and dessert! The girls had a sushi maker and dumpling maker to take home, along with chop sticks and personally made recipe cards. It was perfect!)

I had the opportunity of having Chef Lee cater my family holiday party . It truly exceeded my expectations with the quality and flavor of her dishes. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing her passion for cooking and attention to detail. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were absolutely incredible. Thank you, Chef Lee, for such a memorable experience!

Michelle is an incredibly talented chef. Her food is absolutely amazing, she can make anything and she makes it GOOD. For my Thanksgiving dinner, I had her prepare a few dishes, and they were absolutely delicious! Her yams were the best I’ve ever had, and her rice and peas we was so flavorful my family and I almost ate it all before the dinner the next day. I’ve also tried many of her other dishes, from fish to chicken, and every bite is bursting with rich flavors. She creates her own seasonings from high end spices so her palette is truly uniquely amazing. Beyond her incredible cooking skills, Michelle is professional, responsive, and truly passionate about what she does. Every meal she makes is crafted with love and care, and you can taste it in every bite. She gets the job done seamlessly, leaving you with a full and happy stomach. I’ll always be coming back to Chef Lee!
