Introduction
Our classes offer participants to explore the interplay between breath, mind, and body while affirming universal alignment principles. Many of our classes include meditation and/or pranayama (breathing exercises), all beneficial to the central nervous system. Class sizes are small, leaving participants comfortable knowing they're practicing in correct form. All instructors in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini are Yoga Alliance Certified. Come here for a biomeridian stress assessment and see if you're body is functioning optimally. This non-invasive test indicates a stress or weakness of meridians corresponding with the organ systems of the body. Teaching space is available for rent to qualified instructors or practitioners.
