Very nice folks. Low-to-no pressure sales but also helped me identify a few additional projects that need to be done or offering better ways to do ones I already had planned to avoid more extensive and costlier repairs. I’ll be using this contractor again to finish “step 2” of this project and for some other repair needs in the future.

We recently had LH Jenkins Home Repair come out to clean some non-opening second story windows and skylights. They arrived when they said they would, were very friendly and did a great job. We will definitely keep their number on hand for the next time we need repairs!

Terrible experience from start to finish. Last minute cancellation, late to site, random disappearance from site with no notification to home owner. The Quote was for one amount on a Saturday and then received a message two days later with a number over $150 more than I was quoted, turns out there was a misunderstanding with another bid. I paid for work complete when the job was done and was then reached out to about an outstanding balance for work that was not finished when they sent the invoice I paid out. I wanted to hold my feedback but I do not want anyone else to experience this inconvenience. I encourage people starting new companies. However, there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The work they did do was not to shabby but after the experience I will not use them again or recommend them at all to anyone. Save yourself sometime folks and phone a friend, save yourself some time and money.

Thank you for this review on how we can do better, but let's clarify a few things... we canceled the first day due to a major unexpected death in the family (which was explained to you as soon as we became away -all our other customers understood). The quote give to you for this flooring installation came to about half of what anyone else would charge you which we still agreed to do even with the mix up (you paid $200 for 1000sq ft when the usual industry pricing is as follows: vinyl planks or tiles cost $2 to $3 per square foot for materials only, though higher-end planks or tiles could cost more. Labor may be an additional $1 to $2 per square foot. That means you can expect to pay about $3 to $5 per square foot if you're having a professional install the floors for you.) PLUS each transition is at least $50. You didn't get the trim as we discussed but wanted us to go get it for you then when we were not in agreement you deducted $50 from the quoted price when we never discussed a price difference which you knew when my business partner reached out to you for the invoice payment. This company may be newer, however we have over 20yrs experience. You say we did a good job but clearly you wanted more for less and got that by not being truthful. Enjoy your flooring.
