Townline home inspections is where it is at!!! I am so happy I chose him to do my hone inspection for my home. He was very thoughtful, thorough, patient and really cares about his work. He was personable and really made more comfortable with buying my home. Anything that was wrong he went into detail and gave recommendations as well. I was able to get the items fixed by the seller which was because of how thoroughly he did the inspection. Thank you soooooooooo much!!!

What a wonderful experience we had with Tanner as first time home buyers. The process was very thorough, and he explained everything to us as he went. I needed my home inspected before I could move into it, Townline Home Inspections came out and gave me an honest and true inspection, explaining why things were happening and what I needed to do to fix them and even noticed things that I never would have even thought of! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we introduce ourselves and give the customer a background of what we do during an inspection and what we're inspecting and why.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 100 hours of schooling through AHIT (American Home Inspector Training). Along with passing the National Home Inspectors Exam. Certified and licensed through the state of Ohio for Termite and WDI. Multiple parallel inspections with other licensed home Inspector's to refine skills. Also 10+ years with construction background.
