- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price as in most service company is based on a step by step process where most if not all the begining upfront cost is included and or waive in the continued process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Consultation & Booking We gather all the details regarding your specific needs to understand how we can best help. Once we have the full picture, we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you. Step 2: Confirmation & Tracking We will confirm your appointment in advance and send you a notification when your technician is officially en route, so you aren't left waiting. Step 3: On-Site Verification Upon arrival, your technician will verify the issue and collect any additional information needed before beginning the formal assessment. Step 4: Options & Transparent Pricing After the assessment, we will provide you with clear options on how to proceed. Each option includes an estimated price and time frame. Note: Most repairs and services can be completed the very same day!
