Step 2: Confirmation & Tracking We will confirm your appointment in advance and send you a notification when your technician is officially en route, so you aren't left waiting.
Step 3: On-Site Verification Upon arrival, your technician will verify the issue and collect any additional information needed before beginning the formal assessment.
Step 4: Options & Transparent Pricing After the assessment, we will provide you with clear options on how to proceed. Each option includes an estimated price and time frame.
